Conectere Events is seeking amotivated self-starter to strengthen our team in South-East Asia in the role of Project Executive (Conferences & Events). This full-timeposition is to be based in Singapore and shall report to the Project Manager and / or Project Director.

The main focus of the Project Executive (Conferences & Events) is growing the business of Conectere Events through expanding the portfolio of conferences and events that aremanaged by the company which will be held in Singapore and South-East Asia. Working in close cooperation with the Project Manager and / or Project Director,as well as the end-client, he/she shall manage the conferences and / or events assigned to him / her. He/she shall be comfortable working in a start-up environment and is open to learning and taking on a wide range of tasks which will enhance his/her knowledge and experience in this position.

Responsibilities

·      Establishingand maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to businessdevelopment by identifying growth opportunities.

·      Overseeing event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences,events and exhibitions (virtual and live events)

·      Managing projects from initiation to completion, including client liaison, exhibitor sales and sponsorship management, event planning and budgeting, speakermanagement, abstract management, delegates registration system, timelinemanagement, supplier coordination, resource allocation, and digitalintegration.

·      Overseeingevent setup and production, as well as on-site event management, to ensure efficientsuppliers and contractors management.

·      Preparingcomprehensive post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas forimprovement.
