Job Summary

Conectere Events seeks a motivated Project Executive (Marketing) based in Singapore to create digital marketing designs and manage social media campaigns for conferences and events across South-East Asia, collaborating closely with project leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital marketing designs and social media content to raise awareness for conferences and events across South-East Asia
• Manage event marketing activities including website creation, master visual design, and all artwork production for assigned conferences and events
• Execute digital marketing campaigns independently to promote conferences and events under your responsibility
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, prospectuses, large-format backdrops, posters, websites, and social media posts to support event promotion
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by communicating effectively and identifying opportunities to support business growth
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Project Director, and clients to align marketing strategies with event objectives
• Adapt to a start-up environment by learning new skills and taking on diverse tasks to enhance professional growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a start-up environment and openness to learning new skills and responsibilities
• Have marketing / design experience
