We are looking for a Project Admin to provide administrative and coordination support for our projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for project teams, including document preparation, scheduling, and data entry.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of project-related materials.
- Handle procurement of project materials and liaise with suppliers.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking for projects.
- Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, and follow-ups as required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in project administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously.
