Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Security Operations Specialist to support and strengthen enterprise cybersecurity operations within afast-paced environment. This role will focus on security monitoring, incidentresponse, vulnerability management, and administration of security technologiesto ensure the organization’s systems and infrastructure remain protectedagainst evolving cyber threats.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience insecurity operations, security tools administration, and incident management, with the ability to work closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise security technologies including SIEM, endpoint security, privileged access management, email security, firewall, and threat protection solutions
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, perform initial triage, and support remediation activities
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis across systems and infrastructure environments
• Support vulnerability management activities including tracking, remediation coordination, and compliance follow-up
• Monitor security alerts and events to identify suspicious activities and potential threats
• Prepare operational security reports, incident summaries, and risk findings for stakeholders and management
• Develop and maintain security operational procedures, playbooks, and technical documentation
• Participate in security audits, governance reviews, and compliance-related activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and enhance security controls across infrastructure and applications
• Support security awareness initiatives and promote cybersecurity best practices within the organization
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in security operations, cybersecurity engineering, or information security support environments
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability management tools, endpoint security, or network security technologies
• Familiar with incident response, security monitoring, and remediation processes
• Good understanding of infrastructure, network, server, endpoint, and cloud security concepts
• Exposure to security governance, audit, or compliance activities is advantageous
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Professional certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or related certifications will be advantageous
• Singaporeans and candidates with valid Singapore work rights are encouraged to apply
