Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve team KPI.
• Identify and approach property owners, building management, developers or related parties.
• Introduce digital screen advertising network of Target Media and propose screen installation opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with building partners.
• Monitor team progress and provide guidance to team members.

Basic Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, Media or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, property agency, real estate, building management or customer service.
• Experience in leading a team will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with property, building management or developer contacts will be an added advantage.
