Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Production Manager role based on-site in Kulim. The responsibilities include supervising daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with different departments to meet production goals. The Assistant Production Manager will also focus on process improvements, team management, and ensuring resource efficiency to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in production management, operational planning, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in team coordination, leadership, and supervising cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality control, process improvement methodologies, and safety standards.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with software or manufacturing operations is a plus.
• At least an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent.
• More than 4 years of experience in managing operations.
