Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, to enhance brand visibility and drive high-quality organic and paid traffic.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives that leverage both digital channels (Social Media, Email, Web) and physical events to create a cohesive brand experience.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Blogs); utilize AI-driven tools to optimize content for global markets.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools to provide data-driven recommendations and ROI reports for paid ad spend.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate events, workshops, and product launches—from venue selection and vendor management to onsite execution and post-event analysis.
- Work closely with senior management and internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals and technical product roadmaps.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, event scripts, presentations, and website documentation to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends, SEO algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep the company’s strategy competitive.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and/or Event Management (B2B tech experience is a significant advantage).
- Proven expertise in managing SEO campaigns, geo-targeted keyword research, and paid advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for SEO, content creation, and marketing optimization (e.g., Clearscope or Frase).
- Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships for high-stakes corporate gatherings.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
