Green Insights Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
• Prepare monthly financial report and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, basic bookkeeping and payment follow ups.
• Cash Flow management and taxation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and internal teams
• Assist with HR matters including attendance, leave, recruitment and payroll coordination.
• Handle general office administration and documentation
• Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA).
• Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and HR administration.
• Proficient in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well in a team environment.
