Responsibilities

Hiring: Sales Executive - Business Development (regional)


We’re a growing services business looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business and revenue growth.


This is a hunter-style role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, closing deals, and earning commission.


What You’ll Do

- Generate new B2B leads via outbound calls and emails

- ⁠Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure

- ⁠Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations

- ⁠Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms

- ⁠Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

- ⁠Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- ⁠Work with internal teams to onboard new clients

- ⁠Travel for client meetings when required


What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)

- ⁠Sales experience preferred (B2B is an advantage)

- ⁠Comfortable with outbound prospecting and closing deals

- ⁠Strong communication and negotiation skills

- ⁠Target-driven, independent, and motivated by commission
