Responsibilities
Hiring: Sales Executive - Business Development (regional)
We’re a growing services business looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business and revenue growth.
This is a hunter-style role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, closing deals, and earning commission.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new B2B leads via outbound calls and emails
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Work with internal teams to onboard new clients
- Travel for client meetings when required
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Sales experience preferred (B2B is an advantage)
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, independent, and motivated by commission
