The Marketing Executive drives the company's marketing and communication efforts to build brand awareness, engage target audiences and support business growth. This role is responsible for creating compelling content across social media platforms, managing marketing campaigns within budget, and executing corporate communications, including website management, corporate gifts, and other corporate collateral. Working closely with the Business Development and Product teams, the Marketing Executive ensures brand messaging and a strong digital platform presence.
Key Accountabilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Drive measurable brand and product awareness through effective digital marketing strategies.
- Achieve engagement and lead generation target across social media platforms.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize reach and impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and influencers to enhance brand presence.
Corporate Communication & Branding
- Ensure all company communications (Website, Newsletters, Brochures, Corporate Gifts) consistently reflects brand identity and messaging.
- Protect and enhance the company's reputation through strategic and timely corporate communication.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital content aligned with brand objectives.
Marketing Campaigns & Budget Management
- Executive marketing campaigns on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Deliver measurable campaign outcomes, including ROI, engagement and lead generation.
- Identify and implement cost-effective marketing solutions to maximize impact.
Collaboration & Support
- Support successful product launches, promotions and events in partnership with Business Development and Product teams.
- Provide actionable market insights, competitor analysis and trend monitoring to inform marketing strategies.
- Deliver high-quality support for ad hoc marketing and communication initiatives as required.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content creation.
- Knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Experience in branding, website management, and corporate communication is an advantage.
- Familiar with social media analytics tools and digital marketing trends.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English (written & spoken).
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, and Business Development.
- Creative, analytical, and able to identify opportunities for brand growth and campaign improvement.
