Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive House Manager to support the CEO’s residence. This role will primarily assist the CEO’s wife in managing daily household operations, coordinating errands, and ensuring the smooth running of the household. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, trustworthy, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day household operations to ensure a well maintained and organized home environment.
• Assist with personal and household errands, including grocery shopping and supply management.
• Coordinate and support household events, gatherings, and functions.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel when required.
• Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and proper functioning of household facilities.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing household related activities.
• Provide general administrative support related to household management.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (House Manager / Personal Assistant / Household Assistant) within Malaysia.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive confidently.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in handling sensitive matters.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to work based on household needs.
