Job Title: Foreman

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction crews on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage crew performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Monitor material usage and inventory on-site.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in basic construction management software and MS Office.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
