In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader who collaborates with key external partners, guides product development through flexible methodologies, and delivers innovative healthcare & wellness solutions that address complex user needs. You will be a leader in shaping the future of our products, responsible for driving product strategy and delivering exceptional user experiences that improve lives.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the product area, communicating vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders (including C-level).
  • Lead and unite cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Evangelize the product's value proposition internally and to the market.
  • Negotiate priorities and manage expectations to drive alignment.

Technical Acumen & Execution

  • Partner with engineering to assess technical feasibility and make informed trade-offs.

  • Rigorously monitor product performance with data to drive improvements.

User Research & Customer Empathy

  • Lead research initiatives to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.

  • Translate complex research findings into actionable, high-impact product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management (tech-driven environment preferred).
  • Methodology: Deep expertise in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks and knowing when to apply each.
  • Lifecycle Management: Proven success managing the full product lifecycle for multiple products.
  • Stakeholder Skills: Demonstrated success managing relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Technical Sense: Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and discuss architecture/trade-offs with engineers.
  • Analytical Skills: History of using data to inform high-stakes product decisions.
  • Leadership: Exceptional communication, influence, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the healthcare & wellness industry.
  • Mastery of design thinking and user-centred design.
  • Expertise with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Product board).
  • Advanced understanding of relevant healthcare technologies (SaaS, mobile, data analytics).
