Job Overview

We are seeking a techno-functional Business Analyst to support enterprise lending platform initiatives within the banking industry. This role will focus on requirement analysis, functional configuration, integration support, testing coordination, and system implementation activities across the corporate lending lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in lending operations, banking system support, and functional analysis within large-scale financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support functional analysis and solution implementation activities for lending platform projects
• Understand and support the end-to-end corporate lending lifecycle including loan booking, drawdown, repayment, rollover, servicing, and closure processes
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
• Perform functional mapping across customer, facility, credit line, loan, and related lending entities
• Support integration activities including API mapping, interface coordination, system data flow validation, and error handling processes
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, prepare test scenarios, and validate testing outcomes
• Analyze system defects and work closely with technical teams to support issue resolution
• Support reconciliation activities between upstream systems and lending platforms
• Participate in business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and documentation preparation
• Maintain functional and operational documentation related to project delivery and system support

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking technology, lending platforms, or corporate banking environments
• Hands-on experience supporting lending system implementation, enhancement, or production support activities
• Good understanding of loan servicing operations and lending business workflows
• Experience in business analysis, functional mapping, and documentation preparation
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integration concepts, and interface workflows
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT processes, defect management, and production support activities
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
• SQL knowledge or exposure to data validation activities will be advantageous
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country banking environments is a plus
• Exposure to testing lifecycle tools and defect tracking platforms is preferred
