Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Title: CAMS Room Operator (Night Shift)
Responsibility:
Monitor CCTV cameras, Analytics alerts, Intrusion and Fire Alarms signals
Attend and Response to CAMS and DECAMs alarms in timely manner
Attend to incoming and outgoing calls
Manage and assign fault call reporting to internal maintenance team
Dispatch response officers
Prepare incident/ occurence reports and attend to emails.
Requirements:
Minimum PLRD SSO Rank and above
Ability to work rotating shift is a plus
Completed secondary school education
Experience with MS office (Excel, Word and Email)
Team player, result-oriented & self-driven
A good supporter with excellent communication skills
Ability to Work Independently
