  • Quality Control Oversight: Oversee Proficiency Testing (PT) and internal Quality Control (QC) programs, reviewing results, generating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for outliers, and tracking investigation closures.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Lead the review and close-out of all Non-Conformance Reports, deviation, and customer complaints, ensuring timely investigation, acceptable root cause analysis, and effective corrective actions.
  • Documentation & LIMS: Give final approval to all management system documentation and manage the correct storing and retention of records. Approve and maintain LabWare test analyses and accreditation updates in the LIMS.
  • HSSE Leadership: Act as a key member of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSSE) team, championing continuous improvement, promoting safe behavior, and ensuring hazard and risk management systems are implemented.
  • Supplier & Equipment: Coordinate external calibration services and preventive maintenance for all equipment. Manage the assessment, approval, and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors.

Excellent planning, organizational, and written/verbal English communication skills.

Experience with the accreditation process and conducting internal and external audits.
