We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support data-driven decision-making through data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will work with business and operational data to generate reports, identify patterns, and support strategic and operational decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect, clean, and organize datasets from multiple sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Track KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Present findings in a clear and structured manner
• Assist in automating reporting processes
• Support management reporting and business reviews

️ Data Management & Process Support

• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
• Support process improvement initiatives using data insights
• Assist in documenting data definitions and workflows
• Work with teams to improve data collection methods
• Ensure proper handling and organization of data

Collaboration & Business Support

• Work closely with business, operations, and technology teams
• Translate business questions into analytical tasks
• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Participate in meetings and analytical discussions
• Contribute to a data-driven culture within the organization

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or visualization tools is a plus
• Understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
