What you'll be doing
As part of a regional support team, you'll play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve client support tickets and application issues
- Investigate backend system and platform-related concerns
- Support onboarding activities, product demonstrations, and client guidance
- Assist with contract mapping and product-related queries
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand new products and features
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted contact for customers
- Work with regional and global teams to deliver seamless support services

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-have:
- Basic understanding of SQL and database queries
- Exposure to networking concepts such as TCP/IP
