Full Time Support Engineer Intern Jobs, in Singtel - Ricebowl

Make an Impact by:

• Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client
• platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of
• incidents escalated.
• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Perform service request related to client platforms.
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
• Perform Desktop Support services to users
• This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help
• requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA
• expectations.
• Perform imaging/re-imaging
• Perform asset inventories
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)
• Updates Incident records
• Creates and updates work instructions (where necessary)
• Document standards and procedures (where necessary)

Skills for Success

• :Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in an IT-related disciplin
• eDesktop troubleshooting skill
• sGood communication and interpersonal skill
• sGood spoken and written Englis
• hPreferably 1 year of enterprise desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Cloning Tools, MAC Operating Systems will be an advantage and Antivirus/Malware softwar
• eFamiliar with the use of iOS and Android devices
• .A good team player with good communication skill
