Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Scope:
Support Academic Events Team in the following areas:
Prepare and issue graduation collaterals such as degree scrolls and transcripts.
Support event preparation such as data preparation, logistics, registration (e.g., graduates and guests) and website
Man the FAQ portal, mailbox, hotline and enquiries
Perform different roles assigned for the event
Assist in other events of the Office of the University Registrar such as providing logistical support and assisting with other service-related matters such as manning hotline(s) and enquiries.
Any other ad-hoc projects and administrative related duties within the Office of the University Registrar.
Requirements:
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proficiency in PeopleSoft system, Photoshop, Canva or other applications will be an advantage.
