About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and recruitment-related activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events
• Help prepare HR documents, letters, and reports
• Assist in attendance and leave tracking
• Support HR team in policy communication and compliance activities
• Handle basic employee queries and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
