This is a full-time, on-site Junior Executive Human Resources position located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Junior Executive HR will handle various HR operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, assisting with HR policies, and supporting HR management initiatives. The individual will also be involved in implementing HR best practices and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Experience or familiarity with Human Resources management and HR operations
• Knowledge and implementation of HR policies and guidelines
• Skills in managing employee relations and fostering a collaborative environment
• Ability to handle critical HR functions and administrative duties effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
