Role Description

This position report to the Accounts Manager. He/she shall handle the following tasks:

• For full-spectrum of accounts in preparing monthly management accounts.
• Assist in managing cash flow, and payments and prepare necessary supporting documents as required.
• Assist in liaising with auditors, company secretary, banks, and all other related external/internal parties concerning accounting/secretarial issues.
• Assist in preparing government statistic reports.
• Filing and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work that relates to accounts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
• Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
