Your responsibilities will be to:

• Manage petty cash and pantry cash reimbursement;
• Capturing of Account Payable (AP) invoices to the system;
• Liaise with stakeholders on AP-related matters;
• Assist on monthly closing and reconciliation.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in transaction-level reconciliations and finance operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation analysis).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Location: Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya

Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM2,800
