Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician based in Shah Alam. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining and repairing the hotel's facilities and equipment, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems, and collaborating with team members to meet safety and service standards. The Technician will also be expected to ensure adherence to high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Basic computer literacy for managing maintenance logs and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
• Previous hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in maintenance, engineering, or a related field
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, and respond promptly to emergency situations
