Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on E-Commerce Fulfilment Executive to manage daily order processing, packing, inventory coordination, and shipment fulfilment for our online sales channels. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Process daily e-commerce orders from various online platforms
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
Coordinate with delivery partners and courier services
Ensure accurate labelling and shipment of products
Monitor and update inventory stock levels
Perform stock receiving, stock checking, and stock arrangement
Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of fulfilment area
Assist with warehouse operations and stock movement when required
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule
Requirements
Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as a team
Physically fit and comfortable handling stocks and cartons
Prior warehouse or fulfilment experience is an advantage
Forklift license is a bonus (optional)
