Job Summary

Support scaffold servicing and material mobilization at construction sites while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Assist supervisors and workers with daily tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scaffold servicing by handling, cleaning, and maintaining scaffold materials to ensure operational readiness
• Support material mobilization by loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform general housekeeping at worksites to maintain cleanliness and promote a safe working environment
• Assist supervisors and skilled workers with daily operational tasks to support smooth site operations
• Follow workplace safety rules and company procedures consistently to minimize risks and hazards
• Take ownership of compliance with Group policies, procedures, and deadlines to uphold company standards
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned, including driving and transporting personnel and materials

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to perform manual labour to meet physical demands of the role
• Willingness to work outdoors and at construction or industrial sites to support site activities
• Safety-oriented mindset to adhere to safety protocols; safety training will be provided

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, scaffolding, or similar work is an advantage but not required
• Positive attitude and team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
