Manage mold and fixture design processes to ensure timely, high-quality completion. Lead technical discussions and design reviews while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining operational discipline aligned with HI-P culture.

Responsibilities

• Design molds and fixtures to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain detailed mold debugging trackers and document lessons learned to improve processes
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), mold concepts, and technical issues
• Lead and actively participate in design review meetings for new mold projects
• Conduct peer reviews of mold designs and debugging drawings to ensure accuracy and quality
• Communicate and monitor mold debugging progress with the toolroom team
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge
• Uphold discipline and promote adherence to HI-P culture practices within the team

Job Requirements

• Diploma and above in mold design or mechanical engineering
• Min 3 years' experience
• Good communications skills
• Responsible and self motivated
