Position : Junior Account Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions such as sales, purchases, and expenses
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Maintain financial records and spreadsheets
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist with monthly reports and basic bookkeeping
• Support audits and document filing

Skills & Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge (debits, credits, ledgers)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Internship or entry-level experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
• Saturday: 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM
