• Supervise subcontractors or teamsduring installation for any projects within the site.
• Conduct project risk assessment fordaily works.
• Conduct project site inspection.
• Prepare and submit project reports weekly.
• Oversee the project from the beginning to end and submit the handoverdocuments to administrative team
• Take ownership of projects, prepare an execution plan and targeted dateof completion
• Maximise the team effectiveness and ensure that the projects aredelivered on time
• Maximizing project profitability through appropriatematerial buyout (in bulk), engineering approaches with proper planning ofmanpower effectiveness
• Performany other duties in connection with the project as instructed by the ProjectManager, Dept/Section Heads.
• Acting as the principal technical liaison among theproject team, customers, subcontractors, and the company.
• Liaisewith drafters in producing detailed drawings.
• Assistin producing reports and specifications.
• Co-ordinate with customers, vendors,subcontractor and internal team to execute projects.
• Ensure the site safety and qualitystandards are met.
• Troubleshoot any problem and maintenance of theproject
• Follow company procedure and template in ensuringsmooth execution of the project
• Respond timely to client’s enquiries
• Continuously improve on the work method, setup reduction and mistakeproofing.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• • Willing to work at Construction site, and Chemical, Process plant.
• • Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Project Management.
• • At least 2 years of experience in site coordination and execution.
• • Knowledge of process piping system will be an added advantage.
• • Experience in working in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.
• • Able to read Engineering drawings.
• • Good analytical skill, communication, have team work spirit.
• • Good interpersonal skills, problem solving, innovative and project management skill.
• • Positive mindset, humble and passion to grow in career advancement.
