Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance activities under the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works are carried out in accordance with operational requirements and service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and service providers on-site.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimise operational disruptions.
• Respond promptly to site issues, technical faults, and emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct routine inspections and follow up on rectification works to ensure timely completion.
• Review maintenance reports, service records, and technical documentation where required.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for M&E systems when necessary.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and relevant authorities on M&E-related matters.
• Assist in site surveys, preparation of quotations, and procurement of M&E materials and services.
• Attend site meetings and coordination meetings as required.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and submission of maintenance schedules and service reports.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with contract requirements, workplace safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and BMS systems.
• Familiar with Singapore workplace safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance reporting.
• Candidates with relevant certifications or experience in IFM environment will have an added advantage.
