We are looking for a driven and committed C&S Engineer who is passionate about the construction industry and dedicated to delivering engineering excellence. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Job Overview

The C&S Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves reviewing and developing engineering designs, conducting technical assessments, resolving site-related issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong technical knowledge in civil and structural engineering practices. The candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both in the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Project Manager in overseeing project execution, construction progress, planning, and implementation in line with the master and detailed work schedules.

• Review construction drawings, plans, and variation orders to ensure structural accuracy, design compliance, and technical feasibility.

• Perform engineering calculations and utilise modelling methods to validate structural designs and project requirements.

• Support tender and pre-construction activities, including the evaluation of environmental considerations, regulatory requirements, project costs, and risk assessments.

• Monitor site progress to ensure works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and approved specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and drawing-related issues promptly.

• Provide technical guidance and support to site supervisors and construction teams.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and assist in the preparation and implementation of safe work procedures in collaboration with the safety team.
