Job Summary

Lead and coordinate a team of service technicians to deliver timely, safe, and high-quality maintenance of building engineering services, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians to execute building engineering service and maintenance tasks effectively
• Plan and schedule service activities to ensure timely completion for each client’s requirements
• Conduct safety and operational checks on service equipment and submit requests for replacements or repairs as needed
• Allocate and manage overtime work assignments to meet urgent or additional service demands
• Participate in regular on-site meetings with clients to align service delivery and address concerns
• Compile and submit consolidated service reports promptly to headquarters to support timely invoicing
• Respond promptly to urgent client service calls to minimize downtime and maintain service quality
