Job Summary

Join our team to independently manage architectural projects from design conceptualization through authority submissions, tendering, project management, and completion, contributing to innovative and high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead architectural projects from initial design conceptualization to final completion
• Prepare and submit documentation for authority approvals to ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage tender processes to select appropriate contractors and suppliers
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project outcomes with client requirements and industry standards
• Apply architectural knowledge to solve design and construction challenges effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore
• Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore is preferred but not mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
