About the role
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and data teams to develop intelligent systems and production-ready AI/ML applications.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, hands-on, and passionate about solving real-world problems using machine learning and modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for production environments
- Build scalable ML pipelines and data processing workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ML solutions into applications
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Develop APIs and backend services for ML-powered applications
- Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed ML models
- Conduct experimentation and research on new ML/AI approaches
- Document technical solutions and best practices
What would you need?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
- Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
- Experience with data handling, preprocessing, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
