Responsibilities:

• Manage application development and delivery activities across enterprise technology programmes.
• Lead quality engineering, software testing, test automation, release readiness, and production quality governance.
• Work with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, DevOps teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality application releases.
• Define and implement application delivery standards, testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality governance processes.
• Drive automation-first and shift-left engineering practices across Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery environments.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, defects, release quality, test coverage, automation coverage, and application readiness.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, quality metrics, risk updates, and release governance reports for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communication, delivery coordination, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Support process improvement, reusable engineering frameworks, automation accelerators, and application delivery best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers / testers and support capability development within the team.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of experience in application development, software engineering, quality engineering, test automation, or application delivery management.
• Strong experience managing enterprise application delivery, software testing, release governance, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, defect management, and production release support.
• Experience with tools and platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Quality Center, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar engineering / testing tools.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, SDLC, software quality, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, reporting, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
