岗位职责

  • Prepare and develop BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for construction projects.
  • Produce architectural, structural, and MEP drawings based on project requirements.
  • Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, Combined Services Drawings (CSD), and technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate BIM models throughout project stages.
  • Coordinate and update BIM models with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams. Oversee integration of architectural, structural, and MEP models.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve technical and design issues.
  • Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination and project collaboration.
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related matters.
  • Assist project engineers and managers in project planning and coordination.
  • Lead VMU presentations and submissions to HDB authorities.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and project-related submissions. Ensure timely updates and coordination of project information.
