Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities between site teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure work progresses according to timelines and project plans.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
- Assist project managers in planning, resource allocation, and site operations.
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Track site issues, delays, and risks, and report them to management with recommended solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and construction standards.
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Maintain records of labor attendance, equipment usage, and material inventory.
- Support budgeting and cost-control activities by monitoring expenses and purchase requests.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in quality control procedures to ensure construction work meets required specifications.
- Organize project meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Prepare handover documents and support project close-out activities.
