About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack with 3–5 years of experience to join our Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving scalable software applications across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms.

This role is suitable for someone who has hands-on development experience, enjoys solving technical problems, and can work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality digital products.

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end applications, APIs, and services.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, database integrations, and application workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to improve performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to code reviews and share technical knowledge with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js.
• Experience in back-end development using PHP, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience with React Native will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or MSSQL.
• Basic to intermediate experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
• Understanding of API design, system architecture, and scalable application development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred skills

• Experience with cloud services such as EC2, RDS, VPC, or similar components.
• Familiarity with automated testing and code quality practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving technical issues.
