- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations under supervision
- Assist in investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies and variances
- Prepare manual journal entries relating to bank transactions in the SAP system
- Prepare fund transfers between bank accounts in accordance with approved procedures and timelines
- Ensure bank-related transactions are properly recorded and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify queries and support transaction adjustments
- Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliation statements and related reports
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system or process enhancements as assigned
- Provide assistance during audits and help respond to audit queries
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- With SAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
