Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administration or customer service. 
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Professional appearance and positive working attitude. 
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Experience in hospitality, club management, or property environment is an added advantage.
    Working Schedule:
  • 6 days per week
  • Must work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • 1 weekday off

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

 

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to support the daily administrative operations of Setia Alam Club. The candidate will ensure smooth office management, assist members and guests professionally, and coordinate administrative activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties of the club office. 
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and member inquiries. 
  • Maintain and update records, filing systems, and databases accurately. 
  • Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other administrative documents. 
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event arrangements. 
  • Assist in membership registration, renewals, and customer service support. 
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary. 
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments. 
  • Support management in operational and administrative tasks. 
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with club policies. 
  • Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly. 
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
