岗位职责
- Proactively engage with diverse religious groups and grassroots organisations to strengthen partnerships and communication
- Design and implement initiatives to support the needs and aspirations of religious and community-based organisations
- Foster partnerships with government agencies, community stakeholders, and private entities to strengthen social cohesion
- Serve as secretariat for Racial and Religious Harmony Circles, coordinating activities and programmes that promote inter-religious understanding , including through learning journeys and dialogues
- Evaluate engagement strategies and initiatives, and propose improvements to make community engagement more effective
- Coordinate Harmony Circle’s support for national events such as Racial and Religious Harmony Month, Chingay, and National Day
- Assist with administration of the Harmony Circle Coordinating Council
- Assist with the evaluation and disbursement of the Harmony Fund.
