Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sales-driven with a good understanding of KPIs and retail performance
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear retail is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations in line with company and brand standards
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs
- Analyse sales reports and store performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Maximise sales productivity and store profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff through training and performance management
- Conduct staff appraisals and support career development within the team
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels and stock movements to ensure availability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
