  Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems 
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data reporting tools is an added advantage 
• Basic understanding of AI prompting tools such as ChatGPT and Claude 
• Foundational understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts 
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail 
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently 
• Good communication and problem-solving skills 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and support data analysis tasks 
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for management and business operations 
• Provide data analysis support for management and operations 
• Support and maintain company IT systems and related devices 
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues 
• Support daily IT operations for HQ and outlets 
• Maintain IT records and system updates
