• Able to manage and organize files, links, screenshots, and documents efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication skills for internal team coordination.
• Basic English reading and writing ability.
• 5-day work week
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

 1. Administrative Support

• Prepare checklists and follow up on pending tasks to ensure completion.
• Gather and organize required information, materials, and documents for assigned tasks.
• Compile and prepare screenshots, links, and supporting documents when required.
• Maintain proper organization of files, folders, links, screenshots, and other related materials.

2. Report & Tracking Updates

• Update tracking sheets and reports according to the required format.
• Collect and organize report screenshots, links, and supporting documents in an orderly manner.
• Assist in preparing materials for weekly and monthly performance or progress reports.
• Ensure all data and information are updated accurately and submitted on time.

3. Website Update Support

• Assist in basic website content updates as instructed.
• Identify and report incorrect, missing, or outdated website information to the relevant person in charge.
• Ensure all updates follow provided guidelines, formats, and instructions.
