Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or multi-store operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willing to travel frequently between outlets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets within an assigned area
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and brand standards
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, inventory levels, and labour costs
- Analyse sales and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure consistent merchandising, product layout, and brand presentation
- Handle escalated operational and customer issues
- Prepare performance and sales reports for management
