Role Overview

• Role: Content Moderation Specialist
• Location: Kelana Centre Point, Petaling Jaya (On-site)
• Salary: Up to RM 3,800 (Inclusive of Language Allowance)
• Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift (5 days work, 2 days off)

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or Professional fluency in Mandarin (Minimum C1 level required) and good command of English.
• Education: Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome!
• Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment to support global operations.

What You’ll Do

• Review, filter, and moderate digital content based on platform guidelines.
• Ensure community safety by identifying and escalating prohibited or sensitive material.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
