This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam, for a Product Development Manager. The role involves managing product development initiatives, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams such as R&D and sales. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, leading the development of new products, ensuring product designs meet quality and safety standards, and aligning products with contemporary customer needs. The candidate will also support sales efforts by providing product insights and managing the product lifecycle from conception to delivery.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in conducting Market Research
• Proficiency in guiding Research and Development (R&D) efforts
• Experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle oversight
• Ability to collaborate with Sales teams to align product offerings with market demands
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of ISO-9001 quality management systems and experience in manufacturing processes is a plus
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
