Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
• Ability to assess student needs and provide appropriate guidance and resources.
• Familiarity with educational systems and academic policies in Southeast Asia.
• Proficient in using counseling software and academic management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
