We are seeking a skilled MEPF BIM Modeller-Revit to join our growing team of engineering professionals. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital delivery, producing and coordinating detailed BIM models for complex projects including power plants, substations, and industrial facilities. You will be working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will develop accurate and data-rich models using industry-leading tools such as Revit, ensuring alignment with project standards, BIM Execution Plans, and client requirements. You will play a key role in clash detection, model coordination, and design validation, enabling efficient project delivery and reducing construction risks.

  • Develop, update, and maintain high-quality MEPF BIM models using Revit for complex energy and industrial infrastructure projects
  • Produce detailed 2D deliverables, including plans, sections, and construction details, in accordance with project requirements
  • Coordinate BIM models across multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, and structural disciplines, to ensure design integration and consistency
  • Adhere to Jacobs BIM standards, client specifications, and project execution plans, ensuring compliance and quality across all deliverables
  • Support clash detection and resolution processes using coordination tools, contributing to efficient and constructible design outcomes
  • Manage and maintain model data within Common Data Environments (CDE), ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper documentation
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and design leads to integrate design inputs into coordinated BIM models
  • Assist in the preparation of design submission packages and technical documentation for client and regulatory approvals


Here's what you'll need

  • With a bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or MEP engineering, or a related discipline
  • Alternatively, a recognized certification Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing), is highly regarded
  • With at least relevant 3 to 5 years in Autodesk Revit, with proven experience in developing MEPF models for power plants, substations, industrial plants, or energy infrastructure projects
  • Sound knowledge of MEPF systems within energy and industrial facilities, including power generation and related infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Malaysian BIM guidelines, Level of Development (LOD) standards, and industry best practices for digital project delivery
  • Working knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and Common Data Environment (CDE) practices
  • Ability to interpret and translate engineering sketches, redlines, mark-ups, and schematic drawings into accurate BIM models and 2D deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver within established project timelines
  • Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards applied in energy and industrial projects would be an added advantage
  • Must have valid work rights for Malaysia
  • This is a full time role
